01. Do I have to register in order to make an order?
It is compulsory to register in order to make an order. Thanks to your registration you will be able to manage your account and receive all Baldinini Trend communications in advance.

02. What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click on “Forgotten your password” and you’ll receive an e-mail with the instructions to reset your password and choose a new one.

03. Which size shall I order?
In order to choose the system you are used to, just click on “Size Guide”; it’s a link you’ll find on every product page.

04. What does the letter M close to a size number mean?
Letter M stands for half a size more. For example, size 37M means 37,5.

05. How can I know if an item is available?
All articles and sizes listed on our website are available for purchase; we remind you that even if an item is in your shopping bag another customer can buy it until you haven’t completed your order.

06. Do you ship online orders to my country?

07. Can I change an existing order?
It is not possible to combine or change an already existing order.

In order to know the cost of your shipment you can simulate an order with the items you’re interested in and check the shipping amount in the shopping card.

10. Can I change the shipping address after my order has been shipped?
It is not possible to change an order address after the order was shipped. Please provide an address where you are available at the moment of delivery, according to our delivery times.

11. Can I track the shipment of my order?
Once the order is shipped you will receive an automatic e-mail with your shipping details and courier tracking number.
